the mexican connection
These are the best Mexican beans I've ever ground and brewed. A wonderful aroma develops during the grinding process. The flavor is outstanding. This jar goes to Nancy & Jeff. They're in for a treat.
edited 09/05/09: For freshly roasted beans delivered to your mailbox .. check out Old Bisbee Roasters.

I truly enjoyed the "CoopePalmares" video at the Old Bisbee Roasters site.
ReplyDeleteHow amazing that everything gets cycled back to nature, and the solid science behind the processes utilized for that.
The growers provide a superior product and deserve to have our business. Enterprises such as Old Bisbee Roasters are invaluable.
I need to purchase some glass jars tomorrow because my coffee shipment should arrive then.
I had hoped for delivery today; however, Priority Mail is a 'second-day' service. Anticipation is part of the enjoyment, so tomorrow is a special day.
I'm anticipating hearing from you regarding your critque of the coffees you ordered.
ReplyDeleteOne of your purchases was the Costa Rican, as I recall. It is one of my favorites. I think you told me the other was Guatamalen. Excellent choices.
I have purchased African, Indonesian and South American specialty beans from Old Bisbee .. and have never been disappointed.
Just to show my complete ignorance of coffee beans, those things look really, REALLY big.
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to some experimentation with my coffees.
ReplyDeleteInforming you, S[in]S, that it's a 16 oz jar should give you a better size perspective. And that close-up photo gives the illusion of large beans, too.
ReplyDeleteIn other words, S[in]…, apparently e.craig is soo cheap that he is giving Nancy & Jeff enough beans to grind for a half a cup of java each.
ReplyDeleteWell, maybe a couple cups each. But e.craig is still cheap.
